FEE SCHEDULE & BOOKINGTOWN RESIDENTS
A refundable $250.00 Security Deposit is required to rent the pavilion. Upon the building being checked and verifying that it is left to standard, the entire deposit will be refunded by check to the applicant. NON-RESIDENTS A refundable $250.00 Security Deposit + a $300.00 Rental Fee is required. You may book up to 45-days in advance of the event with the applicable Security Deposit + Fees. Upon the building being checked and verifying that it is left to standard, the entire security deposit will be refunded by check to the applicant. BOOKING You must come in person to the Town Hall to book the Pavilion. Your Security Deposit (and Rental Fee if applicable) holds the date for you. We no longer accept phone or email reservations and do not pencil anyone in unless we have the deposit and fees paid. PLEASE NOTE: the pavilion paperwork has changed and is no longer linked anywhere on the website. If you do, by chance, find an old link- the paperwork is outdated and incorrect. We will not use it. CALENDAR January & February dates can be reserved beginning November 1. March through December dates can be reserved beginning the first business day in January. Pavilion availability is on the calendar above and is a LIVE updated calendar. This means that what you see on the calendar above is what is currently available or reserved. PARK HOURS May 1 through October 31- 6:00 am - 9:00 pm November 1 through April 30- 6:00 am - 6:00 pm INDOOR FEATURES
